Private beta support

Support

Use this beta support page to route buyer access, refund, report, Paid Request, account, and copyright issues without sending secrets.

How to contact support

Email support@mypaidpage.com with the paid page URL, the buyer email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue.

Do not send passwords, PayPal passwords, card numbers, raw buyer access tokens, private file URLs, or API keys.

Creators and admins should sign in first and use the protected dashboard or admin help when the issue involves account settings, PayPal setup, private files, or review queues.

Buyer access link help

If a buyer paid but cannot find or open the buyer access link, include the paid page URL and buyer email so the team can review verified capture, email delivery, entitlement, and refund status.

Payment redirects alone are not proof of payment. Access is unlocked only after server-side payment verification.

Refunds and creator non-response

Buyer refunds for creator sales are handled through the creator and PayPal because MyPaidPage does not hold buyer funds, maintain creator balances, or process payments as the seller.

MyPaidPage can track refund, reversal, dispute, and creator non-response signals so access can be reviewed or revoked when appropriate.

Use the Refunds page for the beta refund policy and include any PayPal refund or dispute reference when contacting support.

Reports, safety, and DMCA

Use the report button on a paid page for prohibited content, misleading pages, or policy concerns when it is available.

Use the DMCA page for copyright complaints and include enough information to identify the work and the allegedly infringing page.

MyPaidPage may pause pages, revoke access, track refund status, or suspend creators during private beta review.
